Abby Rausch and Sarah Lubeck, residents of Marblehead and real estate agents at Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty, have been named top agents of the month for December 2017.

Giving

North Shore Bank has donated $20,000 to Harborlight Community Partners, a nonprofit that develops affordable housing and provides support services for low- and moderate-income people on the North Shore. The donation was made through the Community Investment Tax Credit program, which is designed to allow local businesses to work with community development corporations and partner with nonprofits to improve economic opportunities for low- and moderate-income households.

New businesses

Lahey Health has opened a new urgent care center on the first floor their Outpatient Center at 480 Maple St., Danvers. The clinic, which is affiliated with Beverly Hospital, offers walk-in care for non-emergency conditions such as fevers, earaches, sprains and strains and other problems. It features four exam rooms, a procedure room and lab, and onsite X-ray capabilities.
