Resident satisfaction is a core belief for HH. Through brief biannual surveys as well as extensive surveys every 3 years, we ask for feedback to ensure residents feel supported to maintain independence and housing through on-site staff, and that they continue to feel safe, happy, and supported in having needs met.   

Senior independence and the ability to age in place is of the utmost importance to HH. We strive to connect residents to services that can help prolong and support them through this latter stage of life with dignity. Through our caring and professional staff senior residents are exposed to services that aid in extended, independent tenure within our properties.

Previously unhoused individuals and families now have access to resources and support through on-site HH staff while living independently in their own private dwelling. HH treats everyone with dignity and helps support and restore a path to independent living that residents can feel safe, supported, and thrive.  

Harborlight Homes promotes and supports financial growth to achieve a more independent, financially stable lifestyle to encourage adults to better support their family goals. Financial counseling, educational programming, and partnerships with local agencies are offered to residents who choose to increase financial growth, assets, and employment opportunities.
