Harborlight is as committed to being a good neighbor as it is to creating affordable housing, and believe that affordable housing is good for our region.
As a local non-profit organization, it is important to us that we are good citizens. Harborlight Homes pays taxes or PILOTS (voluntary Payments In Lieu of Taxes) on all their properties, and has invested close to 5 million dollars in the last 16 years alone in tax payments across the North Shore.
