
The Housing Stewards is a program aimed at supporting and empowering local residents to advocate for and support affordable housing efforts in their communities. The program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of housing policies, zoning laws, history and the challenges surrounding affordable housing in Massachusetts.
Key Features of the Program:
- Education & Training: Participants learn about housing history, policy, development processes, and advocacy strategies.
- Local Focus: Tailored to address the specific needs of communities in the North Shore of Massachusetts.
- Action-Oriented: Graduates of the program are encouraged to take active roles in supporting housing initiatives in their cities and towns.

Each session will take place from 6pm-8pm at the Latino Support Network Inc., located at 140 Union Street, #203-205, Lynn, MA 01901
